For further questions and related inquiries, direct messages are preferred, either through twitter, instagram or tumblr.BY COMMISSIONING THIS ARTIST, YOU ARE AGREEING THAT YOU ARE AT LEAST 18 YEARS OLD AND HAVE APPROVED ACCESS TO A MEANS OF PAYMENT/PAYPAL ACCOUNT.REGARDING PAYMENT/REFUNDS● Full or Partial Payment must be made before the commission is started, upon partial payment the remainder will be required after the sketch is completed.● Artist will send an invoice to you for payment.● Artist only accepts PayPal. Exceptions may be made in rare instances at artist’s discretion.● Artist reserves the right to cancel your commission at any time. If I decide to cancel your commission, you will receive a full refund, regardless of the progress I’ve made. This will only be invoked should the client become abusive, rude or uncooperative or if any unforeseen personal issues arise that preclude me from completing your commission.● If you; the client; decide to cancel your commission, only a partial refund will be granted unless no work on the commission has been done. The amount of a refund may be calculated by the artist based on the amount of work completed.● No refunds will be issued after the artwork is completed.REGARDING YOU, THE CLIENT●You MAY repost your commission so long as proper credit is provided. You may also crop said artwork for avatars or banners, but you may not repost without providing either a link to one of my social media sites or explicit credit noted in the image description or posting.● You MAY NOT create copies, prints, or other merchandise with the intent to sell or for profit. If your intended purpose is to use the artwork for commercial means, that must be communicated to the artist beforehand and will be factored into pricing.● PLEASE LET THE ARTIST KNOW BEFOREHAND IF YOU PREFER YOUR COMMISSION TO REMAIN PRIVATE. If so the artist will refrain from posting, distributing and discussing your commission.EDITS AND CHANGES● You may request reasonable changes and edits. The artist will provide the client with progress images during the work for approval. It is the responsibility of the client to be as clear and specific as possible on what they want their commission to be. Cooperation will help to limit edits and delays in completing the artwork. The artist reserves to right to determine what constitutes reasonable changes and edits.● You MAY NOT post any traces of the commission produced by yourself or a third party.● You MAY post edits using the commission ; such as pride edits or video projects, so long as the original artwork is still intact.● You MAY color line-art or paint over a sketch, so long as there is a link to the original sketch, as well as clear credit provided my contribution to the piece alongside any additional work done by other artists.REGARDING ME, THE ARTIST● The artist reserves the right to copy, reproduce, and reuse the image for use in their portfolio, self-promotion, and sales. The artist retains the full rights to the produced image, including rights to produce merchandise (Printes/stickers/etc) should they choose to, if you would like to not have this please communicate such during the initial request for commission.● Commissions including preexisting characters from larger media will potentially be used for merch, etc, unless the commission contains something personal to the client (e.g: a commission of Steve Harrington and your OC)● The artist reserves the right to set a reasonable time frame for completion of the commission and extend that time at their discretion. Unforeseen personal issues may arise that prevents the artist from completing work within the previously stated window.● I, the artist reserve the right to refuse a commission for ANY reason. Light gore (Blood/ mild injury) or light NSFW requests will be accepted but any work depicting the subject matter listed below WILL NOT be considered at ANY TIME.◦ Pedophilia or depictions of underage characters or subjects in a sexually suggestive manner.◦ Rape, incest, non-con groping or any instances of sexual violence.◦ Any images condoning or glorifying abusive violence against children, animals or spouses/partners.◦ Anything that promotes bullying, bigotry, hatred, racism, discrimination or depicts violence or harm against any real person, group, ethnicity, nationality, gender, sexual orientation, political group, etc.
